Refund Policy for Fragras

At Fragras, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address] and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s).

Once we have received the returned product(s) and confirmed that it is in new, unopened and unused condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the returned product(s), minus any shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@fragras.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing of the refund after receiving your returned product.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fragras.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
